FCP Groton FREE Limited Lifetime Warranty

NOTE: Valid on products purchased after November 1, 2009

All of our products carry a 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty. In addition, FCP Groton also provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty for our automotive products regardless of the manufacturer's warranty. Should this product fail to be in good working order during the warranty period, FCP Groton will refund the price of the product given that the below guidelines have been met and provided that the product has not been subjected to abuse, misuse, accident, disaster or non-FCP Groton authorized modification or repair. FCP Groton's lifetime warranty does not transfer with the change of vehicle ownership. FCP Groton will not warranty products for cosmetic reasons (rust, color fade, etc).

FREE Limited Lifetime Warranty Qualifications

  1. Product must be purchased from FCP Groton.
  2. Product must be registered on warranty.fcpgroton.com within 30 days of installation.
  3. Product must be installed by an ASE certified technician. If the product is not installed by an ASE certified technician, FCP Groton does not provide a FREE limited lifetime warranty. FCP Groton does however provide the option of purchasing a limited lifetime warranty for non ASE certified individuals who plan to install the product themselves. The cost to purchase a limited lifetime warranty is 10% of the cost of the product. To purchase a limited lifetime warranty, please email warranty@fcpgroton.com
  4. Product cannot be modified

Warranty Claims

If you believe that the product purchased from FCP Groton is defective or is failing to be in good working order, the following requirements must be met to obtain your warranty. If you fail to follow any these steps, FCP will reject the warranty.

  1. Replacement product must be first purchased from FCP Groton at the current cost. Standard shipping rates apply.
  2. Defective product must be sent back to FCP Groton for inspection. FCP Groton does not pay for or reimburse for shipping.
  3. Original invoice, replacement invoice, and garage invoice (or if you are a professional installer, a copy of your ASE certification) must ALL be included in the shipment. FCP Groton does not provide copies of these.
  4. Our technicians will test the defective products and verify the warranty. Once they have verified that this product will be covered under warranty, FCP Groton will reimburse you for the purchase price of the replacement product if it has been sent back within 30 days. Warrantied items sent back after 30 days are subject to customer credit only.

NOTE: Our warranty does not cover any labor or other costs for removal, installation, damage resulting from delay or loss of use in service or repair, or for incidental or consequential damages. If the returned product is deemed to be in good working order, FCP Groton will return this product by ground shipment service
